1)Raw material control.
In our local area, there are many raw material manufacturers and we keep good relationships with them. We have large and stable purchase quantity from them and they guarantee stable quality material to us.
2)Professional
The chief technician has been working in the field for nearly 30 years. He is very professional with the formulation and the production line. More important, he is a shareholder in our factory. That will make sure the quality is stable.
3)Quality Control
- QC in the workshop: The quality inspectors check the production line and make a record every 2 hours. That avoids lots of defective gloves during production.
- QC in packing: Before packing, workers inspect the gloves piece by piece. After the gloves are packed, the inspectors check the final packing and make sure each package is in good condition.
4)Certificate
Our factory is BSCI certified. Our gloves conform to European standards EN388, EN ISO 374-1: 2016, and are certified to CE category III (PPE of complex design). They also have passed FDA CFR 21 177.2600 tests.
5)OEM Service
OEM service is accepted. Our design team can offer you professional solutions for package design. We have our own brand PromaxSafety in the domestic market.
6)Quality complains
If any customers make quality complaints, we will report directly to our factory manager. Usually, we will hold a meeting with the production, purchasing, and packaging departments in 24 hours, and will respond in 48 hours with feedback and solution.
